Charging €1.80c per hour for park in Waterford City is too much! We are in the worst recession ever! Huge cuts in wages, huge increase`s in bill`s (including fuel & motor tax!) , Huge unemployment, etc, etc. Charging €1.80c per hour doe NOT! entice people to come and shop, visit Waterford. People will go else where (retail park`s), on the outskirt`s where parking is FREE! So for Dec ` 2011 and Jan `2012 Waterford City Council have reduce the rate for parking next the the River Suir to €1 per hour ?, , simple message, , leave it this way!!
