Keep the Cheverly Property Tax Cap

We the undersigned ask that the Town Council of Cheverly vote against CAR-1-13 Amending the Tax Cap. This amendment to the Cheverly Code would not raise taxes itself, but would grant the council permission to raise property taxes to triple their current rate from $0.58 to $1.80.

With this in mind, I'm not sure it's such a good idea and could have the adverse affect, causing more pile ups and car accidents It's nice to see a firm of personal injury solicitors writing informative blog posts, who evidentally care about the well being of not just their client's but the well being of motorists in general.

1 year ago Comments: The arrogance of hmnuas in constructing such dangerous containers is not always met with the humbling reality that we do not control our environment, but why take that chance? The engineers in Japan certainly thought they had all the answers when they built their reactor and now the entire Pacific ocean has been affected with radioactivity found in fish on our Canadian coast. It is absolutely unthinkable to risk the largest fresh water ecosystem on the planet in the same way!We do not have all the answers therefore we should not go ahead with this project.
