This is a letter from the Greater Seattle community, showing our support for our region to host the International Space University’s Robert A. Heinlein Institute (ISU).

The central ISU campus is located in Strasbourg, France and offers g­raduate-level programs focused on advancing the global space community. This school is expanding to a location in the United States to open a space-centric MBA program; Master’s in Business Administration: Entrepreneurship for Commercial Space and Innovation.

We believe the Seattle area is the best location for ISU due to our geographical location in relation to more than 18 high profile entrepreneurial space companies – as well as many other industry leaders in technology, innovation, and venture capital firms which specialize in space entrepreneurship. Our close proximity to these leaders will make this school a hub for interdisciplinary collaborations and provide a great space for both local and international collaborations.

This program will graduate many industry leaders who can help change the course of commercial space innovation.

We believe that the Seattle region is an ideal place for this school and would be honored to be chosen as the location for the ISU Robert A. Heinlein campus.
