Rainey Street has been recently hit with news that we can no longer play outdoor music past the times posted below. While these laws have been in place for several years, they have never been enforced until now.

Ever been to a bar that has a large outdoor area? If you've been down to Rainey Street, you know that each business is built to have people outside. Failure to turn off music has resulted in tickets to bars and employees. We cannot survive if we have to turn off music at random times while we are still open.

If you would like to see this overturned, please let the Austin City Council know by signing this petition.
