Mrs. Lloyd is a great hardworking teacher who just recently made it into the Dream Team- which only 6% of teachers who apply get accepted. She is only getting fired due to being the last teacher hired and it is difficult to fire a 10-year teacher. I would LOVE to have support on finding a way to keep Mrs. Lloyd and firing teachers who do nothing for their students or who just don't even function throughout the school day!!
