It has come to our attention that Grant Ramsey (School Principal) and Ian Hunt (Primary Principal) may be leaving DBIS at the end of the current School Year. As parents and associates of DBIS students we are extremely concerned that two of the most senior individuals at DBIS responsible for its ongoing stability and success may be leaving in circumstances which remain unclear.
Both Grant and Ian have our full support and we urge the DBIS Advisory Committee and The School Council to take all necessary measures to ensure, at the very least, one of them continues at DBIS and that this matter is handled transparently in the interests of all parties.

Sara Shaw, Hong Kong2 years ago Comments: Such a great team would be very happy if both or at least one could stay. It's not time to say good bye yet!

Louise Crowther, Asia/Pacific Region2 years ago Comments: The headmaster is a key factor in deciding which school to attend. The fact that this unexplained announcement was made not long after parents had paid deposits to secure Secondary places at DBIS is reprehensible. Parents deserve more consideration and explanation from the School Board.
