Dear Real Madrid C.F, This is a petition to the President and Board of Directors of Real Madrid C.F to keep Jose Mourinho as The Coach of the football club. Within 3 years our coach jose and his team have not only been able to Build a strong madrid side but also bring its days of fighting spirit and glory. we need Mourinho at Real Madrid to reach the dream of winning the champions league for the tenth time. i know we have tried and failed this past 3 years but in all we reach the semi-finals which is great and even motivate the club to continue to fight more. Under Mourinho Real Madrid have won three trophies and i strongly believe it will be four on May 17th. The team also Broke and set its own records both individually and as a Team.This is not bad for a team that is still in construction.Absolutely not. Take this into consideration before you dream of letting him go , why is it that every club Mourinho coached want him back? Why are those teams less successful without him on the bench? Why is it hard for coaches to succeed him and get the confidence of the players Mourinho once coached? Will Madrid get the motivation needed to match up to their rivals,Barcelona? The answers to this questions is pretty simple. For the last point, NO! and the other three point above, its because Mourinho is a Great Motivator, Clever, Bold,Honest ,SPECIAL and knows how to get the best out of his players.This is something most coaches don't have. You either born with it or HATE those who have it.Which is what he mostly gets from people. To Make This short,we need mourinho at Real Madrid to keep on succeeding.
