Hello, fellow toons. The creators of Toontown Rewritten have insisted on keeping Disney's NPCs out of the game due to copyright. But that didn't stop them from putting in Goofy's gag shop, or keeping the names of the playgrounds. They still have the NPCs' audio files and their skin textures, but they decided to keep them out.
