CONFIDENTIAL PETITION – PLEASE ADD YOUR NAME!

We, the undersigned, are against the parole of Michael Turnipseed (CDC-76741), who was convicted in 1988 for life for the brutal murder and rape of 12 year old Amy Newman and the brutal rape of young Marlene Maple. Inmate Turnipseed has shown no remorse and displayed pleasure at his heinous and brutal actions. However the criminal justice system, showing little justice to the victims, allows Turnipseed to continually play games and request a parole hearing- dragging the victim’s and their family back into the reality of this nightmare. He is an extreme danger to society and in the interest of justice and public safety; he should be given the maximum denial of 15 years that is allowed by law.

Please mail with letter to: Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility 480 Alta Road, San Diego, CA 92179

Send a copy to: Julia Ruff, C/O Crime Victims United of Calif., 11400 Atwood Road; Auburn, CA 95603

The Parole Hearing is Friday, October 17th, 2014.

Please begin mailing your Letters & Petitions Immediately and no later than: September 26th 2014
