    Comments: Hugh prices and lack of competition means we are receiving rubbish. I can achieve 6-7 meg all night and most of the day,but from about 12midday to 2am I am lucky to achieve 1 meg. Something tells me that Karoo are oversubscribed.

    Comments: I have no problem with Hull having it's own telecommunications company but what I do have a problem with is the fact that I don't have a choice of provider and that there is no incentive for other providers to come into the city!!! I lived in London for 25yrs and I liked to shop around to get the cheapest deal but not here... oh no... we have to put up with "CRAPPY KAROO" who provide one of the most expensive broadband services in the country. If Welsh company ,H20, do come to Hull then Karoo will definatly go down the crapper!!!!!!!

    Comments: jus came back to ull 4 years ago and cant believe the service you dont get for the money,the blatant mischarges,the attitude of kingston staff, ETC ETC eg : i work away and im home only 2 days a month, i can only have my "pretend 8meg" speed (200k mostly but may jump o 400 for a hour) at 2 am till 7 am ,they are unreal they just cap you ,so i pay

    Comments: when i go up town to pay my mobile bill at carphone warehouse I see their mainad all the time "free LAPTOP when you go with AOL" but what is the point in having it in our shops when we can't get it, you also get the free 28 day trails of the internet in shops aswell but we can't take advantage of these great offers. kc are just as big and expensive because we have no option if i could I would pay extra for a BT line. If the people of hull had choice then most people would change. plus if they are the only people allowed in hull then why are they allowed to go out of hull and invade BT's area Come on people of hull we deserve beter. come on BT come anyone but KC.

    Comments: KC say that they are not stopping other companies coming in and setting up, which is bollocks, they have total monopoly over hull and surrounding areas, i want to have a choice of suppliers, i would like to get virgin or sky with free braodband for the same price as i pay to karoo, they dont care a bit about complaints as there making to much money, and they know that if its opened up, most people will leave karoo for a cheaper competitor.

    Comments: i cant describe how good it feels to finnaly see people coming together to do something about this whole Karoo conundrum, my opinion is they are too greedy with their pricing for line rental along with the broadband and charges..........., I wouldnt mind but they even have the cheek to provide an apawling customer service too and get away with it because they are the only providers, take my hard earnd cash and treat me like sh*t , well hopefully us people of Hull can make a stand for our rights to choose our own ISP provider! Come on people sign this petition
