In the age of health care reform, we understand cutbacks in federal spending as well as economic tides may sideline funds that could be used for equipment upgrades, HOWEVER, as a community member, I firmly believe that digital mammography is a necessary service and by my signature on this petition, I encourage the development of the digital mammography program to include the use of grant funds and donations to purchase the necessary equipment and training for Kit Carson County Memorial Imaging Department.
