Total incompetence. Tax money shouldn't be funding a place that ignores basic animal care laws.
Laws are there for a reason. Why are they behaving like they are above them? Fix the system!
My local shelter does so much better than this. Kings County is failing these poor animals big time.
The way they treat these animals is just heartbreaking. Change needs to happen now before more innocent dogs are put down for no reason.
SCAN THE MICROCHIPS. It is the bare minimum. Stop the killing.

If they would just let volunteers help out things would be much better. Its like they want to make things difficult.
