   Comments: What happened to Kayla was very tragic and the end to a beautiful young life. I do believe that PA among other places does need strict driving laws so that more accidents do not occur. Hopefully they take this as a wake-up sign.

    Comments: I live in PA and know for a fact that the laws are not followed. Most of the time the Homicide while drunk driving charge gets dropped, we need to stop doing this! Let the time fit the crime. Come on Ed help us change this!

    Comments: i agree, this needs to be done. To many people are dieing because the laws arent good enough. Cops need to watch more. Gangs need to stop and weed needs to stop being grown and sold.

    Comments: Something has to be done to these drunk driver's! It's not right, they take a innocent life or more lives, even lives that could never get there first breathe in this world. You make laws for drunk driver's to go to jail or get a ticket, well make laws for them to go to prison for taking a life drunk. My brother and his girlfriend were hit by 2 drunk drivers, 2 diffrent cars hit them at the same time, killed his girlfriend and left him in a coma for months, now he cant even be alone or with his children alone, cant hardly walk, and cant control his stomach. Nothing was done for either of the drunk driver's. PLEASE STOP THE DRUNK DRIVER'S!!!
