Meeting with Neil Hannah's

Aloha Nō, I will be meeting with Neil Hannahs, who heads the Land Assets Division at Kamehameha. I have involved the Kamehameha High School Kū‘ē Pono class in this petition as well. This class was designed to educate students about the events that happened at KS during the Mid-1990's, and to help ensure that these events never happen again. The goal of that class is to teach leadership to young hawaiians, and this would be a great chance for these students to make a difference on an issue that is happening currently. These students will be asking Neil Hannahs questions about the use of GMO on estate lands, and will be voicing their concern to him. This is a remarkable event that will be occuring because it will show him and the entire KS organization that WE THE STUDENTS ARE CONCERNED. THEY WORK TO SERVE US, AND WE WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Mahalo nui to you who are leading this petition and especially the students! You have power! Just yesterday I saw a story on the Today Show about 16 year old girl whose petition got Pepsico to stop putting BVO, an unhealthy additive banned in many countries (just like many countries have banned GMOs), in Gartorade. Here's a link to the story to share.
