Name: Shara on Jun 4, 2007Comments: This woman should be charged with attempted murder. She literally shook a baby so badly that he is now in a coma and may not come out of it. It is bad enough to harm someone who can fight back, but a baby can't even tell you what is the matter! What a sick woman!Flag

Name: Kimberly Shell on Jun 4, 2007Comments: This is dispicable. Someone who is caught with less than two lines of cocaine has a bond set at $40,000.00 and someone like this is out roaming the earth on a mere $5000.00 bond. Leave it to the system to screw the ones that really need it. I am appalled and ashamed to say that I am a resident in the United States of AmericaFlag

Please help this family, it is not right that she gets away with this. I know this family through the husband's brother, and I know that the family is not responsible. Please bring peace through justice to them. They need all the support they can get.Flag

Name: Amy N. Hayes on Jun 4, 2007Comments: Is a baby's life only worth $5000! What if this poor baby dies from this babysitter's neglect The babysitter should not even be allowed bond until AFTER baby Kaleb has either gotten significantly better or, God forbid, passes. That way a true and fitting punishment could be placed on this babysitter. I know that if either of my children were in this situation, knowing that the person that did this to my child got off so easily would be a total slap in the face! This is unacceptable!Flag

Name: Linda Macdonald on Jun 4, 2007Comments: This law needs changing. If someone beat an adult and caused these types of injuries it would be attempted murder. But the fact that its a defenseless child who doesnt have a prayer of fending of the attacker its aggravated child abuse with a $5000 bond. Are you kidding meFlag
