__ssj4_kakarot__ was frozen for the wrong reason, he has never scammed anyone on neopets. You have been emailed lots of times and all you do is ignore them, I feel that ignoring people and freezing them for no reason is wrong and you should return this account. I will have many people signing this, and hopefully this helps because not only has that account have many good items but it also contains the first christmas moehog ever. So please return it! |
