M.Sangha was excluded from King Henry VIII School in Coventry, just before sitting his GCSE's exams based on allegations from pupils he was offering/supplying illegal substances, which he was NOT. The school agreed there was NO evidence & NO witnesses to any of the allegations and the police refused to get involved as there was NO evidence. He undertook a Lie Detector (97% accurate) and was cleared of any wrong doing, yet the school found him guilty!. Allegation statements from pupils were not signed, one was retracted, one was signed 9 days after his expulsion & one stating he was a particular venue on a certain date, when he was with his parents!

There is a grave miscarriage of justice here, the school have used the allegations as evidence, which is unheard of in English Law to protect the reputation of the school!

As the aunt of the innocent nephew please could you support our case by signing this petition, as I believe this could have happened to anybody's child
