Name: Debbie Farrar on Jan 8, 2009Comments: I have twenty employees between my two stores. I believe that the laws intention was meant well for children but I do not think that they thought about the reprocussions that will affect millions of people who can not afford new clothing. We check everything for recalls and do not sell anything that is recalled. This law is written in a way that will put a lot of people out of business in the resale industry. There has to be a better way. Please Help.Flag

This must be resolved quickly or Government will need to bailout/buyout all businesses it will destroy.Flag
