Comments: I have twenty employees between my two stores. I believe that the laws intention was meant well for children but I do not think that they thought about the reprocussions that will affect millions of people who can not afford new clothing. We check everything for recalls and do not sell anything that is recalled. This law is written in a way that will put a lot of people out of business in the resale industry. There has to be a better way. Please Help.

Comments: I believe that this law is unconstitutional and needs to have a reprieve. This is going to affect millions of people who can only afford second hand childrens clothing. What will these people do for clothing or money Please help me and millions of people who will not have any money to buy new clothing.

Comments: My stores over the last year did over 2 milliion in sales. I know that I pay a lot of sales tax to our state. What do you think that would do to our state since we are already in a recession.

Comments: This legislation has got to be addressed now. Many big box companies, small businesses will be impacted on 2/10 if changes are not made. Our landfills will overflow with products that were safe to use one day and overnight became a banned substance.

Comments: As a parent of 4 kids below the age of 5 I appreciate a bill that will protect my child, however in the same breath making the bill retroactive will destroy lives, jobs and create a tremendous unnecessary problem for our landfills. This must be resolved quickly or Government will need to bailout/buyout all businesses it will destroy.

Comments: Please consider the effect this is having on the average household with children. It is near impossible to buy new clothing and other items for our children in this tough economy. We need the resell industry.
