Justice should be restored as soon as possible in Austria.
There is evidence of abuse of power by judges on local and higher level of court in Austria.
To name the constant abuse: Mag. Doris Täubel-Weinreich (Judge in Vienna BG.I) in 4 P 319/99 and Mag. Monika Jeroscheg (Judge in Vienna BG VIII) in 27 C 26/09 and in 27 FAM 20/11, the misuse and arbitrary use of justice-power is headed by the former head of the Bezirksgericht VIII. Dr. Marlene Perschinka (LGZ-Vienna). there should be a thorough investigation on justice-abuse in Austria.
