As many Oilers fans know the Oilers have huge defensive issues. Our management has been blind to this. The biggest problem is Shultz, his countless mistakes cause at least a goal against a game. Its time for us as fans to try and get our voices heard. A 10 year rebuild is not acceptable in any professional sports league and we as fans cant accept this any longer.
