Justin King had a three year contract for 275,000 a year with MCI Records after winning a singing contest. Mr. King was in Chicago signing the contract with MCI Records when he suffered an accident. A huge beer truck came from behind him and later a couple of beer cases were approaching him, so he swerved left to get out of the way and he crashed. He was transported to the hospital and the doctor stated he had 9 of his facial bones broken and had to wire his mouth shut. MCI Records canceled his contract becuase he could no longer sing and Mr. KIng is sueing MCI Records becuase he was not at fault of his accident.
