This is a contra-petition to the Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. We want to let know that we expect Paris Hilton to be held to the same standard as all citizens. If she did the crime, she should have the punishment. These are the first articles of the Declaration of the Human Rights. Universally we all are equal. Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 1 All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. Article 2 Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

I am sure that I too would have been given time to report for my nominal sentence if I too had broken the law so many times and arrived late for my court hearing. Poor Ms Hilton did not know that Suspended actually meant SUSPENDED! and to think such people are both able to bear children and are permitted to Vote.
