    Comments: I don't feel this individual should be released from jail. The crime he committed against Laura Elizabeth Pesce-Giampino, was something out of a horror movie. Why would someone receive such a short sentence for such a violent crime?

    Comments: Keep that man in jail. Caryns daughter didn't deserve to die and a murderer shouldn't be released after only a few years. If they do release him that will just show everyone how messed up our law system really is. You will give people that were caught with drugs that have a drug problem sometimes started by doctors, good people caught up in the wrong things you will give them 5 years at the blink of an eye but you will give a murderer a sentence the same as a junky caught with his peraonl suply of drugs. Murderers should have no less then 50 year sentence or even the death penalty depending on how the murder was done. In this case I belive he should be put down like the dog that he is....
