    Comments: I think that the recent footage from the news makes it clear that it is unsafe for DRC nationals like the Kazadi family to be returned to DRC at this time. I support their being given leave to remain in the UK.

    Comments: I totally accept that it is not safe to return people to Congo. However many immigrants coming to this country claim to be from other coutries in order to claim asylum. What angers me is that the decent people who should be granted asylum are not because you have millions of people lying in order to be granted asylum. Have you got any proof that Mr Kazadi does come from ROC. If so have you got any proof that what he is telling you is the truth. I think England needs to stand and say enough is enough. I welcome the people who have suffered and yes they should be granted asylum and supported at all times. Regardless of where they come from people who need protection should always receive it.
