Comments: I can not help but wonder just what the judge would have needed to happen in order to rule on supervised visits. The Bar needs to monitor his rulings until his competence level is established. If I was the mother of these two boys, I would become a shadow to that judges every move and never let him forget how his reluctance to limit visitations along with his ruling secured my son's futures.

Comments: It is amazing to me that there is no accountability within our judiciate for those that should not be serving due to HR issues that we all face in corporate. In corporate America, these behaviors would not be tolerated and that person would have been on coaching plan. Plus there truely is no oversite. I realize no one is infallible but there has to be some checks and balances to fitness of those who serve in such important positions.

Comments: My four neices and nephews were places with me in april 2009 due to severe physical, emotional, and verbal abuse. I fought Catholic Charities since that day to keep the kids from going back into a hazardous situation. Despite my pleas and constant worries. Despite the opinoin of school officials and the local police department, these children were recently placed back into the home. It is my constant worry that these kids are in harms way. The laws need changed, and those who put them in harms way should be held accountable. You hold a child's life in your hands... be more responsible.
