We, the undersigned do hereby petition and support the Teehee family in their quest for justice in the murder of Alex Teehee. Specifically, we agree with the petition or request from the Teehee survivors that Florida Governor Rick Scott grant the request to appoint an independent prosecutor or statewide prosecutor to resume the investigation and prosecution of the murderers of Alex Teehee before it is too late.
We strongly feel the lack of prosecution is due to a conflict of interest between the Charlotte County State Attorney’s office working closely with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, and the relationship of the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office to one of the suspects involved in the murder of Alex Teehee. Justice will not be served without an investigation independent of the Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida, and the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office. The Florida Highway Patrol, currently in charge of the investigation, needs the assistance of an unbiased investigative unit and prosecutor in order for Alex Teehee to receive the justice he deserves as a citizen of our great country. For more information or to view news articles related to this travesty of justice, please follow the links to the right after signing the petition.

This case is an serious cover up and a huge violation of human rights. All those involved in this case that is working on the behalf of the murderer to keep him free will eventually have to answer and be judged for their actions rather it be in a court of law or by a higher power. Ever secret thing will always eventually be revealed. My prayers are with you and your entire family!
I hope you get justice for your son. RIP Alex Teehee
Watched this case on TV. Luceman is guilty as sin, and it is reprehensible that his mother defends him, and the authorities dropped charges. I only hope further charges can be brought.
