Name: Christina Sweet on Feb 19, 2009Comments: I lost my daughter due to a babysitter getting upset. I went to court and was told there is nothing that the courts could do for us . Are child died and this girl still walks. I think laws suck and only work if you are rich. We ran out of money and we had to drop the case. I wake up each day and wish I could go back in time and stay home from work that day. We now have a three year old little girl who I never leave with anyone and that the way it will always be. I am a stay at home mom and dont plan to go back to Nursing even though I made a great living its not worth it in the end.Flag

If there was more than enough evidence proving that abuse was happening, then absolutely the judge and caseworkers who witnessed things firsthand should be held just as responsible for the deaths of innocent ones.
