On behalf of concerned law-abiding citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and friends of Nigeria, we the members of Justice For Plateau, a cause dedicated in bringing about justice to victims and reconciliations to families who have lost their loved ones in religious, tribal and political conflicts in Nigeria and the African diaspora, hereby request, in memory of the victims of Jos and Bauchi massacre that justice be served to perpetrators of the killings of innocent lives in Nigeria. In the recent presidential elections held on April 16, 2011. A new sparked wave of killings claimed over 500 lives in the northern part of Nigeria. We are requesting that the United States, international world community, and the United Nations International Criminal Court look into the matter and prosecute perpetrators in  the  massacre of innocents lives in Bauchi, northern region of Nigeria. There are evidence showing that before, during and after the April 16, 2011, Presidential elections, General Muhammadu Buhari, openly instigated his supporters causing destruction of human lives and property. It is estimated that over 500 people lost their lives, including Obinna Okpokiri and Ukeoma Ikechukwu, youth service corp members, who were working as adhoc staff for the electoral commission. We wish to pursue justice and lasting peace to stop ethnic, tribal and religious killing of innocent people in Nigeria once and for all. We thank you for your time in this urgent matter.
