    Comments: I was raped by my dad at 6 till the age of 13 he was let out of jail within a few months so I know how you feel.my little girl was also molested by her father at age 3.I hope your family gets the justice they deserve. I am sorry for your loss.This man needs to pay for what he did.

    Comments: This man not only violated a helpless, innocent girl but he also violated the happiness of her family. It is a tragedy that she was killed in an accident, but it would be an atrocity not to hold her rapist accountable for his actions. This should never happen to another child and putting him on trial is the first step towards justice.

    Comments: God Bless this little angel.... REMEMBER his name for if he is freed NO ONE should welcome him back into their community... I too am a victim, hard to find a woman who hasn't been subjected to some form of sexual abuse, it won't stop unti we demand it be stopped by allowing courts to sentence them to MUCH stiffer penalties. The victims spend their life in a mental hell, why not put all of them in a prison for life hell.

He was a Police Officer. Who can people trust anymore How can anyone feel safe Parents and children need to know the judicial system is there to protect the innocent and not let the guilty go free or pay very little for their horrific crimes.     Comments: This just sickens me. How can the justice system let this man (who took an oath to uphold the law) get away with robbing this beautiful child of her childhood. The Good Lord has taken this child home to be with him, so she would not suffer any more. It is now up to the legal system to assist the family and the memory of this little one to hold this man responsible. This could be your little girl, sister, granddaughter, friend, etc. IF you let him go all you will do is subject another young child to the same physical, mental and emotional pain. How many children will it take before someone stops monsters like him.

What that poor baby had to endure in her short life. To think that our justice system would drop this case, because she is no longer alive..... UNBELIEVEABLE.     Comments: Every day, more "SA" (sexual assault) victims are being treated in our local emergency rooms. I regard all of the staff at the Child Advocacy Center as angels are earth. Those who perpetuate such acts against helpless children are deserving of justice and having the state extract the maximum punishment for their vile & contemptible behavior. These children are FOREVER wounded & changed by sexual assault, the evidence for which is astounding. The accused was once a sworn officer of the law, whom are usually held to a higher standard of conduct than citizens, for the trust & respect that we owe all of those who "Serve & Protect." Such accusations need to be addressed in court. Is it simply an amazing coincidence that his accuser is no longer able to tell a court the horrors which were forced upon her
