There is no difference in a homicide case where there is no victim to testify, except for the forensic evidence, and this particular case. it is an outrage that we live in a country such as the USA, and these types of injustices are going on every day. If anyone ever did what this man is accused of doing to any of my children, I honestly can't say that I would be able to wait for judicial justice.
