| 804 | Heather Andrews | No one should be above the law, including someone that is suppose to be working to enforce laws. |
| 805 | Laura Bradford | No! This should not be thrown out for the sheer fact that she is unable to testify because she was forced to leave this world, by whom our judical system wants to let walk freely back into this world so he can reiterate once more!!! This is just absurd! How would you be able to sleep at night knowing the accountable for a cruel/unethical crime walk freely. Think about it! |

| 811 | Kathy Grice | This person is one of the vilest in my opinion. Child abuse is unacceptable by ANYONE in any manner but by a law officer! He should get the maximum sentence and I am sure that will still not be enough. |

| 813 | chrissy cali | Even in death Rebecca is my hero. She had the courage to tell someone what her stepfather had done to her. I was molested and raped when I was six years old. I never told anyone what happened to me. |

| 832 | Mary Lowe | The fact that the child is deceased sure have no
bearing on this case. The object is to stop this
horrible person from being able to do this to another child. From past experience, I know that
if left unpunished he will go on to do this to another
child. |

| 840 | Jenifer N. Kirk | I don't know how the defense attorneys can sleep at night. Court hearings are not "games" designed to see which side can "win," but this tactic is appauling and does nothing to ensure justice. |

| 842 | Bernadine Schockmel | America has leaned way too far to the left when it comes to letting pedophiles loose. Everything that can be done to keep them off the streets should be done. The damage they cause is very far-reaching. The perpetrators of the horror the children experienced must be punished. |
| 843 | Brenda Scholle | If a victim is murdered, does the muderer go free because the victim can not be cross-examined? |

| 846 | Brenda Joiner | I think this pig needs to be brought to justice.... |
| 847 | Anonymous | The justice system should prevail and the rights of an innocent child should be protected, whether she is here to defend herself or not. If the trial does not proceed this would be so unjust on so many levels. Her previous statements and the questioning of her prior to her death should be presented in a court of law in front of a jury of 12 to decide the innocent or quilt of the accused.
To dismiss this case solely due to her accidental death would be unjust on so many levels. Let the facts and medical evidence speak for itself in court. Do NOT let this go for the safety of many other children in the future!!! |
