JUSTICE FOR AARUSHI TALWAR
The Petition
To: The Prime Minister of Republic of India Issue : Failure of our Judiciary system in AARUSHI TALWAR case. His Excellency Prime Minister of the Republic of India- Dr.Manmohan Singh ji. Sir, this petition is addressed to you, to request you to advise the CBI & Government of UP in particular against their careless behavior , slowness in solving the case of AARUSHI TALWAR. Sir, we are proud to be citizens of the nation of India. But looking at our judiciary system &their unprofessional way of handling cases ,we have started losing faith in whole judiciary system, which either don't take cases seriously & if taken by the intervention of media,the process is very very slow. Honorable Prime MInister ,we grew as childrens by watching all this.The case of JESSICA LAL is an example. We want major changes in the attitudes of police & judiciary in general. We want to see our country at the top.But unfortunately we are lagging in Judiciary System.When we thought about these type of cases,we feel very sad & disappointing.
Honestly honorable Prime MInister ,we are not happy with the pace of progress in case. We all,youths of this country wants justice for her as soon as possible. We stand by her for her justice,as every Indian feels connected to AARUSHI TALWAR. By doing this,we are trying to prevent such incidents to occur again & save more precious lives of many girls,who are just like AARUSHI. WE WANT BETTER & SAFE INDIA FOR OUR GENERATIONS TO COME. WE HOPE OUR HONORABLE NEWLY RE-ELECTED PRIME MINSITER & RENOWED WORLD ECONOMIST WILL ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE & HELP AARUSHI IN HER JUSTICE.
