People of America. We need your help. An innocent man needs your help. William Earl Huffstetler has been convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life without parole. Only problem is he didnt do it. In 1975 the life of a young woman was taken violently. Questions were asked but that was it. Nothing was done no one was arrested, no justice was served and the man was allowed to go free while the womans family cried. 17 years later allegations were made and the case was reopened. There was four main suspects the first time one of wich is dead and two of wich were already in prison. And the fourth was William Huffstetler. Police went and spoke to the two in prison and threatened their lives if a name wasnt given. And to save thire own lives they gave the name of William Earl Huffstetler. He was arrested and sat in jail for two years waiting on his trial. During his trial all the evidence was presented. All if the evidence pointes to Williams innicence. He was arrested minutes after the time of death and at the time of the arrest there was no blood on him or in the car. And mere minuteswould not have been enough time to go anywhere and clean the blood off of you and out of your care if you had just violently murdered a person. The finger prints on the muder weapon did not belong to William Huffstetler. He passed two lie detector tests saying that he did not kill that woman. The only evidence they have that that says he dis in fact kill her is the word if the two men in prison who gave his name. The police men testified that they did in fact threaten the lives of the two men to get a name. So William Earl Huffstetler was convicted of first degree murder and sentences to life without parole on nothing more than the word of comon criminals in fear for their lives. This petition is not only to free William of this unlawfull sentence it is also to help the family of the woman whos life was taken. They deserve justice but it was given in a lie. the wrong man is sitting in prison. William may still be alive but his life was also taken by the man who killed that woman. He will sit in prison for the rest of his life for a crime comitted by another unless we help him. Go back a reread the evidence i have given to you. The finger prints were not his. He passed lie detector tests and he was arrested minites after with no blood on him or in his car. It is clear that he did not commite this murder and he needs your help to appeal and once again be a free man. Will you help him.
