On June 24, 2012 Hume Hamilton was walking a dog past a business where Mama, the Spath/Fernandez's cat has lived for over 10 yrs. He walked his dog up the driveway and instigated the attack. Hume Hamilton also stepped on Mama, to hold her down while the dog attacked and killed Mama.
On July 9, 2012, Hume Hamilton was arrested for the following charges:

CAUSE CRUEL DEATH PAIN AND SUFFERING-ANIMAL
TRESPASS PROPERTY NOT STRUCTURE OR CONVEY
Hume Hamilton isn't new to the "justice" system as Hamilton allegedly violated the conditions of his prior release from jail in an unrelated aggravated battery case and the Judge denied bond.
On October 9th, Hume Hamilton was found GUILTY for killing Mama and we would like to request the maximum sentence for Hume Hamilton.
Please sign and comment on what you feel would be a proper sentence that Hume Hamilton should receive at his sentencing which will be in early November, 2012.
