My niece Kaylani and Nephew Webster have been taken by their "mother" Jessica Lopez. The police will not issue an Amber Alert to help my brother find his children. Kaylani & Webster are not accustomed to being without their father. They are purposely being kept from him. My brother Webster needs our help to find & bring his children home.
