   Comments: If the young man who murdered Declan has been found"not guilty" because of a "poor upbringing" and mental retardation", then why has he not been incarcerated to save him from himself. If he cannot understand what "reasonable force" means, then he will be a ticking timebomb and a danger to himself as well as others. The jury have been "hoodwinked", and the public of Haslingden are disgusted at the outcome of the trial, as, it appears from comments in the local press,are the police force..
