Citizens of America who have been convicted of a misdemeanor and have not committed any other crimes (traffic tickets excluded) should have those those convictions removed from their personal records. They should get a clean start. These people are citizens, tax payers and brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers. Some people's lives have been ruined because of these convictions.
