My son died June 12/12 due to incompetence and negligence on the part of three doctors.To my horror I was informed by many malpractice lawyers that it would cost me far more to bring civil litigation against them than I could possibly hope to receive. This is due to the people who protect the doctors. The Canadian Medical Protection Association (CMPA). We as tax payers pay much of the cost to this group. This is so unfair to the public and it is time we spoke out against this for change. Please join me to stop this unconstitutional practice. We have no rights when someone we love is killed due to malpractice. As far as our government is concerned, their lives are worth very little.
