Justice needs to be served for my 16 month old granddaughter, Audrina Claire Hepburn who was beaten to death in her own home on the night of 10/13/09. This night she was in the care of her mother, Ashley Tolley Hepburn and her mothers boyfriend, Richard Brandon Lewis along with her maternal grandmother Doris Davis and her boyfriend David Crumely. Her grandmother & the grandmothers boyfriend claim they were sleeping and don't know what happened. Ashley claims she was sleeping and woke up to her boyfriend holding Audrina who was unresponsive, he claims he heard Ashley stomping into Audrina's room and heard funny noises. But he never checked on Audrina till hours later. He chose to make himself something to eat and watch TV. Then he checked on Audrina and found her unresponsive. Ashely was charged with the murder & is currently out on $5,000.00 bail. The laws need to be changed. We need Justice for Audrina and all other children who are abused/murdered because of Child Abuse!
