PREAMBLE: This petition is made to request that the CAO, CFO, All G.M. Mayor, Staff and Council of the Corporation of the City of Brantford/Brantford Police Services hereinafter "THE CORPORATION" complete a Jurisdictional Memorandum of Understanding between THE CORPORATION and the Kanienke'haka, an un-incorporated tribal-nation; party to the Kuswentha (Two Row Wampum Law)
Whereas, in respect of the distinct constitutional boundaries between the Canadian Constitution and the Kanienke'haka Constitution, we hereby acknowledge the Jurisdictional Memorandum of Understanding to be the paramount step before any equitable discussion or meeting of the minds can possibly takes place
Therefore, we make this formal request that THE CORPORATION issue its corporate understanding, through the Jurisdictional Memorandum of Understanding between THE CORPORATION and the Kanienke'haka
