The following persons LeRoy and Margaret Babb (grandparents) come before the court and ask that we be allowed to continue contact with our grandaughter Juliianna Darlene Rodriguez. Our relationship was established at birth and has continued to present time. Juliianna has a strong bond with grandparents and is very close to grandmother Margart Babb. LeRoy and Margaret have supported Juliianna ensuring that she had food and clothing throughout her life. Childcare has also been paid by LeRoy and Margaret. LeRoy and Margaret Babb believe that visitation would be to the benefit of Juliianna and will continue to help her develope. The Babb's have no issue with Mr. Rodriguez and his authority. In recent months during Juliianna's visitation with mom, Margaret and Raul communicated over the phone and by text regarding Juliianna. Margaret believes that this can continue guaranteeing that no negative postures will be taken against Raul or his family. Juliianna is the concern before the court. Juliianna knows LeRoy and Margaret as "Pa Pa and Nana". Juliianna has a small pet at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Babb. LeRoy and Margaret Babb intend to insure the safety of Juliianna during any visitation and will abide by the direction of the court to the fullest. Juliianna has her own room at the Babb residence to include a bed, dresser full of clothes, toys and is always provided nutritional food. Mr. and Mrs. Babb respectfully request resonable visitation and agree to provide Mr. Rodriguez support in raising of Juliiana.
