I tried vigorously to obtain the AUDIO TAPE to the UNATHENTIC transcript but to no avail. My son's website will go live just in time for Father's day.

    Comments: I am one of the children that has been affected by the Unconstitutional behavior by this Judge. I am now 19, and we have a different, fair judge, but when this woman was on our case her rulings were very one-sided, and unfortunately it was the wrong side and against the wishes of my younger siblings and me. I wish you all could've seen the way she conducted herself in the meetings in her chambers we had, it was like she didn't believe us! We would be making headway in expressing how we were feeling and then she would totally start attacking the parent we wanted to live with, and it sounded too personal for someone endowed with the responsibilities than come with sitting on the bench. Please please circulate this petition so no more families' lives will be ruined. Thank you.

    Comments: I currently have a custody case pending in Judge Fields court. My two children, ages 2 and 5, are being endangered daily by the lack of supervision while with their father since she signed an injunction giving him temporary custody during the proceedings. She has since been made aware that the reasons for the injunction were false and has done nothing to remedy the situation. My 5 year old daughter has cerebral palsy and now receives no therapy after being taken from me. Something has to be done.

    Comments: I had a case in this Judges courtroom that was a complete Circus. She ruled unlawfully and said that she was leaving it open for my appeal however I am a single mother making 27K annually and this court battle cost more 110K I could not afford to appeal. My ex husband is a deputy sheriff who works in Shelby county courts talk about Biased. When it was all over she told my Atty that she just didnt like me thats why she would would not make a judgement accorfing to law. I had a Phycholigist who tested me, My ex and his new wife and found that he had a long list of disorders. Any way I would love for my case to be reopened and looked at My atty and Many OTHERs in Shelby county could NOT believe her ruling She completing ignored what the LAW states.... and threatened me. I was trying to move to to my Parents in texas with a Job and home. Please help I will have to be in her court room again and this time with no counsel because I can noty afford it. Please please get HER OUT

    Comments: During my daughter's case (Delight Faulkner) Judge Donna Fields repeatedly said that she (Judge Donna Fields) was not going to follow the law in Delight Faulkner's case. This is all in court reportings!!!!!!! I couldn't believe she would be so forthright in admitting her wrong doings right in the courtroom!!!

    Comments: The woman you refer to in this article is a friend. Her case was judged by an incompetent judge who has serious mental problems which is quite obvious in her ruling. She needs to be stripped from her judicial authority immediately if not sooner. Obviously not the kind of person that needs to be in this AUTHORITIVE POSITION.
