Judge William Kennedy Boone was charged with DUI when he was involved in an auto accident that he caused due to driving while under the influence! First he denied that he had been drinking to the police officer ( a Judge that lies ) then after failing sobriety tests he did admit to the officer that he had been drinking at home before getting behind the wheel to drive to a meeting. I feel very strongly that because he broke the law and got behind the wheel after drinking (the results could have been deadly) he needs to resign as a Washington County Circuit Court Judge!
