This petition will serve as approval to replace wooden garage doors per home owner's request with aluminum roll up garage doors per homeowners's request(only). Homeowners should have the right to choose and replace their garage doors with aluminum doors since homeowners responsibility is to pick up the expenses. Homeowners should have the right to choose a wooden or alumium door for their unit. Since the Homeowner is responsible for paying the expenses for a new garage door, the Homeowner should be able to choose how to spend he/she money on that door, provided a specific aluminum door be approved by the Board, ASAP. |
