This petition is against JPC Tree Care L.L.C intent for the "special use" of the property located at 1079 Sard Avenue, Montgomery, IL 60538. Their intention for “special use” includes parking of all equipment, and some wood from their jobs, which they will recycle as fireplace wood and mulch. The mulch is the concern. The smell, the possible infestation of termites, the air pollution, and the trigger agent for people with environmental allergies.
