I wish to bring to your kind Notice that the Transaction System of the HDFC Debit Card MASTER Card is Very Insecure. I had Misplaced my Debit Card by Mistake, which I realized after an hour or 2. Within a Few Minutes, 3 Transactions had been made using my Debit Card. How can Transactions be made without a Security PIN Transaction Details are 1st Transaction Amount of INR 720 Debited to Ac. XXXX4954 towards POS 5264190140674523 TQS REX APPARELS Value 05 December,2010 2nd Transaction Amount of INR 2,400 debited to Ac XXXX4954 towards POS 5264190140674523 TQS REX APPARELS Value 05 December,2010 3rd Transaction Amount of INR 3,200 debited to Ac XXXX4954 towards POS 5264190140674523 GOEL IMPEX DEBIT Value 05 December,2010 When I Inquired the Customer Support regarding the same I was told that Only with an HDFC Debit Card can be Swiped and a Successful Transaction can be done Even without the 4 Digit Security PIN. Fortunately I realized regading the Loss of Debit Card and got my Debit Card Blocked and Requested for New DEBIT CARD. The Customer Support Executive informed that the Card will be sent in 7 Working Days. Till now I haven't heard a single word from Anyone.
