A big problem in the Victorian community is one man's inability to reply to messages, he often leaves approximately 50 people in his inbox on Facebook with often serious messages that need his attention.

"one time I was sitting there literally starving to death and really needed someone to eat with, I messaged Josh a simple greeting and he responded with a greeting, I then sent him a message professing my hunger almost instantly. I didn't receive a reply til 3 weeks later when he responded with 'lol sorry bro i fell asleep'" claimed one frustrated friend that wished to remain anonymous

If you could please dig deep into your hearts for only a small amount of your time to sign this petition I believe we can reach this man and better the Victorian community.
