John Bambenek for 53rd District State Senator

TO: Republicans, Tea Partiers, 9/12ers, Conservatives: 

With the election of Dan Rutherford as Illinois Treasurer, there is a vacancy in the Illinois 53rd District for State Senator. John has stepped forward to fill that vacancy and represent the constituents of the District. 

John has been active in politics in Illinois for some time. He is a strong fiscal and social conservative that has been active in many causes we all hold dear. He authored the “Bambenek Put-Back Amendment” as a comprehensive package of reforms designed to end the backroom dealings of the General Assembly. 

He intends to fight back hard against Mike Madigan who will seek to control the results of our elections by controlling the maps. He believes that our maps should be drawn fairly, respecting political boundaries, promote competitiveness and are contiguous and compact.
