    Comments: John Pierce deprive Lisa"s family of her for her childred and her family. He deprive us of ever Knowing her son and he deprived her children of ever knowing their brother. The sadnes and hurt and the loss that he has put our family through is something we will never get over. Twenty five years is not enough for what he has done if he spend every minute of that behind bars. It will never give us the joys and love we would have shared with Lisa and her baby, and to have this sentence shortened is an insult and and a slap in the face for Lisa"s memory and the memory of her baby not saying what is will do to her children that was left. They have no mother and brother because of this murderer. I pray that God will have mercy on his soul, but I believe that he should pay to the fullest minute of his punishment

    Comments: I am Adam's cousin and am concerned that John even thinks he should be considered for parole! He honestly thinks he has "paid his price" for taking "2" lives What about the others that he left behind, not to be able to have any kind of life with those he took Not to mention, Adam and Sabrina. I have only had the honor of watching Adam grown in a loving, Christian home and to become a wonderful young man. Thank God for my sister and brother-in-law in raising him. However, there is so much pain and questions that he maintains in not knowing the love and joy of having his own mother and sister to grow up with. Adam has come to think that everyone he truly loves, dies. Thanks to John. I realize many people writing the parole board regarding releases usually say the same thing, don't let him out, and I am doing the same. However, please consider ALL the family's joy he took from us when he took Lisa and the baby from us. Adam no longer has an "immediate" family, thanks to John, nor do we have Lisa. THANK YOU.

    Comments: When Lisa and her unborn baby were killed in 1990, I was shocked, to say the least. When we found out John was responsible, I was appalled. How could any man kill not only the woman he promised to love and cherish, but also his own baby Now that I am a mother, the thought is even more atrocious. In the years since Lisa's death, our family has continually dealt with the difficulties created by this remorseless monster. Two children have grown up separated from each other and without their parents, while a third was denied the chance to grow up at all. Ultimately John has shown virtually no remorse or contrition for his acts, still trying to blame his lifestyle choices and his murdered wife for his actions. If he's paroled now -- after less than thirteen years -- the parole board will send the message that Lisa's life was worth very little. No victim or their family should be given such a slap in the face. The Alabama prison system is under constant criticism and scrutiny for its overcrowding problems. This is one inmate who should *not* be given the chance at freedom just because room needs to be made for someone else. This man is a murderer and should serve the full term of his sentence.

    Comments: A family member of mine was murdered for no good reason so my opinion is obvious. I feel any murderer should not be let out on the streets too soon. These children are probably just getting their life together and letting him out would just disrupt them. Let them be happy. And the children should be together not apart. Because of this senseless murder they will not grow up together. They are the ones suffering.
