We the undersigned do hereby call for respect from Coworker. Coworker is loud, noisy, obnoxious and an ear sore to coworkers. By talking to himself, talking too much, shouting over other conversations, Coworker consistently disrupt the life of his coworkers. We ask for Coworker to work for a better relationship with his coworkers by agreeing to three guidelines: 1) Please stop talking to yourself 2) Please stop joining in on conversations which are not directed to you 3) Please just stop! We hope that Coworker aspires to have a better relationship with his coworkers, and will thus respect the wishes of the undersigned. By following these basic guidelines, we know that the team can peacefully co-exist in this great space.
